AI Video Ad Gen is an AI-powered platform that generates video advertisements from product URLs. The Service analyzes product information and creates multiple ad variants with different hook angles for use on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of video credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features as described on our pricing page.

Credits System

Video generation uses a credit-based system. A 6-second video costs 1 credit and a 10-second video costs 2 credits. Credits are allocated based on your plan and reset according to your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Creem, our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service or circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Submit URLs to websites you do not have permission to use

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any product information, images, and text you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your video ads.

Generated Content

Video ads generated through the Service are licensed to you for commercial use in your advertising campaigns. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated videos for your advertising purposes.

Service Content

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of AI Video Ad Gen and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated videos will achieve specific advertising results, conversion rates, or performance metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Video Ad Gen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Video Ad Gen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
