- AI Video Ad Gen uses Google Sign-In, so there is no separate password. If you cannot access your Google account, visit accounts.google.com to recover it. Once your Google account is restored, you can sign in to AI Video Ad Gen normally.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under the Billing section. Your access and remaining credits continue until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not used a significant portion of your credits. Technical issues that prevent video generation are also eligible. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. If credits were not returned, email us with your video ID and we will look into it.

- We support most e-commerce product pages including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, and other platforms. The AI extracts product data directly from the page. If a specific URL does not work, let us know and we will look into adding support.
